Is that matter?i already said which spec are wrong

Well, there is only 1 country have both AMD R&D center and Manufacturing Facility at the same time-China,and it's pretty close,R&D center<->Manufacturing Facility only need less than half hours.

how do you know which specs are wrong, are you talking about 8gb of ddr3 being wrong.

Im calling it now. People that focus on graphics and specs will ultimately be disappointed come launch of the next consoles.

I agree things are so rampant now people are setting themselves up for a fall in that regard.

ps4 is basically a 10x jump, 720, looking liek 7-8x jump, developers saying we will see a huge jump in graphics at launch, unless there expecting to rival a powerful pc, we should be happy.

If he try lie to me i will make him disppear forever

You know which party leading China right?

384bit means 6 or 12

If development costs keep going the way the are, the only next gen game available will be Bordercall of Halo 2014.

Except that makes zero difference if Microsoft is only buying the design/rights to produce the chip like they did with the Xbox 360.
Then they will ask for AMD for a hand in shrinking down the fabrication later on in the consoles life.

But otherwise Microsoft will produce the actual chips at Samsung or Global Foundries or even TSMC.
Global Foundries have no plants in China, TSMC is pretty much all in Taiwan and Samsung is in Korea and the USA.
The actual Assembly of the consoles will more than likely happen in China after the parts have been produced and shipped to that location from all around the world, which happens often with consumer electronics.

Something Microsoft learned quickly with the origional Xbox is that it's very hard to drop the costs of the chips if another company is in control of the whole process who also wants a profit on top of it, with the Xbox 360 they ended up cutting the middlemen out (I.E. Intel and nVidia) to reduce costs massively.

I hope one will be clearly more powerful than the other.
If they will be (again) similar... that's just boring.

No offence mate but you're coming across as an extremely gullible person right now. Do you know why people are telling you that these rumours are wayward and contradicting? They're coming from people who most likely are passing on second/third hand information with out knowing the actual tech directly, these sources are often people in a company who have no direct involvement with the devkit and might over hear something or get vague information off a friend who may be involved. For one these are devkits which means the retail models will have half the ram and you contradicted yourself here, I'm a PC gamer as well and right now the top PCs are around 10x the jump of the PS3, this is when using full HD assets like today. That 10x jump is you expecting it to rival a PC hence why I agree with Maelstrome people are setting themselves up for a fall.

Those perfomance numbers we keep getting in rumours don't tell you the actual performance and jump when running something at 1080p and 60fps they may just be simple tests for all we know. Even 6x the jump of the 360 is questionable and being optimistic, 360 and PS3 tech only became financially viable two or so years ago, a jump of even 6x will be murder trying to balance finances and that's before we get to Kinect taking up resources and Sony said to be going for a tablet controller.

No. 384bit doesn't mean 6 or 12gb.
The biggest consequence of deviating from a power-of-two memory bus is that under normal situations you don't get an even memory amount like 8gb.
However, it's not the only way to get 8gb of memory whilst retaining a 384bit memory bus...
You see, you don't usually have a single memory controller in devices like consoles and PC's, but multiple.
So say if Microsoft dropped in 3 memory controllers, 2 memory controllers could be talking to 2x 1Gb chips each, whilst the 3rd memory controller could be talking to 2x 2gb chips. - Aka. They end up with 8gb of memory on a 384bit bus.
Of course each memory controller would be 128bit (64bit x2.) for a total of 384bit.
