At least, football isn't known among Japanese however I like it...

If you need something about Japanese market from the perspective of Japanese, please contact me.

Though Soccer is ne, especially since the World Cup in Japan / Korea

Personally I like the quirky golf games, Swing Golf Pangya and Minna no Golf on the PSP. No PS3 = no Minna no Golf 5

Hanafuda-san, do you know an online store where you can buy Weekly Famitsu which they ship to Europe?

Just hanafuda is fine thanks

I don't know to be honest.  I just grab it on the way to work from time to time.  Haven't been buying it much recently: just been flicking through copies in the shops.  I did get today's edition though.

Did you not like FFIII DS then?  I thought it was rather charming.

PSN - hanafuda

I was guessing Big Brain Academy wouldn't do too hot considering Cooking Mama's low sales on the Wii, but like you guys said it could definitely have some legs. 32/40 for FFXIIRW  isn't shabby, but just wondering, did Yasumi Matsuno's team(FFXII) do Revenant Wings as well? I'm guessing not.

 At first, FF12RW wasn't spin-off of FF12.

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

Final Fantasy Tactics is a game which I'm really looking forward to! Completely forgot about that one. Further Dragon Quest Swords and Harvest Moon are the games for me to look forward to as well. Hajime no Ippo looks like fun, normally I'm not into boxing games, but if I can swing with the WII controls I don't say no

@Hanafuda, wakarimashita . I'm normally not someone who doesn't like a game that easily. While others complain about the games I'm mostly like, oh really, I love it :D I guess I've expected too much of it... Oh well I will give it another shot as soon as I've finished some other games.

@Robjoh, here's the list with upcoming PS3 releases for "for example" Japan:

FolkSoul: Ushinawareta Denshou (lit. The Lost Folklore) aka Monster Kingdom will probably be a bit of a seller I think. I really love Brave Story Aratanaru Tabibito (The New Traveler) of Game Republic. Above my expectations! Too bad it didn't sell that much in Japan, did deserve more credit.
