vg24/7 rumors usually have SOME correct information but they are also filled with a lot of nonsense at the same time

I think it's the same with this situation. That said I expect more articles coming up in the near future from various outlets about this

A 50% difference will be noticeable, not all that dramatic, but you should notice a difference.

That being said, I don't really believe the rumors.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

So we had 3 leaks today. One of them said that ps4 will be more powerful, one said that xbox will be more powerful and also one said that they will be equal. So we're at the beginning again.

It's not 50% noticiable difference... it's 50% more raw power.

The GTX 680 have 3.0 TF and the HD 7970 have 4.0 TF... the GTX 680 is stronger than HD 7970.

I'm not disagreeing with you. What I am stating is that it is not a signifiant difference. Where as 2x or 4x times more power would apparent.

If that's all the difference between the two, then it's mostly a technical bragging rights that would be effected, not so much gaming experiences.

PS I thought on another thread they showed the two video cards are roughly exactly the same?
