They should call it the PS2-2. PS2 seemed to do well enough, and this is two away from the PS2.....

Yeah, I got it. I still kind of feel like that's a weak reason. If it affects Japan that much then they could just change the name for the Japanese Market.

It's a really strong superstition for some Japanese, to the point where the number 4 is removed from elevators and whatnot.


I actuall had to look this up. When I learned japanese I was taught yon. I didn't know that shi was also used for the number four. Thanks for the info.
