We didn't win our independence from the Belgians to be taken over by a bunch of damned snakes from the Himalayas.

Shotguns and normal rifles aren't a problem and have never been a problem. They are useful tools with purposes other than killing people. No one is seriously considering taking these weapons away from the public.

Of all the cities with a population above 250,000, those with the strictest gun laws are actualy those with teh worst gun related crime.

Our problem isn't guns, it's gangs and drug laws.   Take another city with little gang or drug issues an the gun related crime rates are incredibly low.

NYC saftest city in the United States? LOL Not even going to mention the multitude of cities with strict gun-control and high crime rates. Hell, Washington D.C had a handgun ban for 25 years and it also had the second or third highest crime rate among all cities.

well yeah, but remember guns are created in factories, and could be easily tracked unless weapons, drugs can be created by anyone
