Nope. Wii U sales aren't any indication at all for PS4 or NextBox sales.

More likely 360 will be down 35% and PS3 ~ 25-30% down. Checked amazon.com bestsellers list a few times last week, and sony had 3 ps3 packs in top 50, 3 xbox360 packs were 51-100, and Wii U wasn't even there. 

You said in another thread 'PS3 would die on its arse this year' so how well do you think the Wii U will sell?

Well THEY ARE, at least on PS3/360.

System seller FOR the Wii U, for the same reason you stayed, most people already have the game for the 360, PS3 or PC.

Why aren't these games system sellers for the Wii U?

Because they are ports of games that have been already release before the Wii U, with an install base of 70m more units.

Are you fucking kidding me with those numbers? The Japan numbers for the Wii U increased it's spread with the Wii by almost 10% there week-to-week, if these numbers pan out. The global spread increased by 4%. And the Vita only sold 30k GLOBALLY? This is just brutal all around.

I'm gonna wait until the numbers are up on the front page.

Yeah... now the Wii U numbers are starting to look weak. Though in Japan its doing ok for a home console (still above PS3).

PSV is proving us again that its dead. Needs 2 price cuts by now...

I own a Vita, but unless they can afford to cut the price by like 100$ AND cut the price of memory, I can't imagine it going anywhere at this point. 30k is something they need in individual countries, not the entire world. That's a pretty emphatic "fuck you" from the marketplace.
