PS3 does this on Vaio

PS3 streaming "PS3 Games" on Vaio? Don't think so, not even close...

I think you misunderstood the OP's post. He is talking about streaming Xbox 720 games on Windows 8 devices instead of displaying on the TV for instance. So you could play Halo 5 (if it is a 720 title) on your Surface with a Xbox controller with the Xbox 720 game rendering being directly streamed on your devices instead of your living room TV. Exactly what the WiiU is doing that with their custom controller and some games I think.

Back on OP: This would be awesome :)

It would be really cool. I kinda doubt it but its could possible. And would definitely be a plus for some... But then again whats the point? Outside of a few exclusives most of the games on consoles we can get on PC with much better graphics and generally much cheaper (thanks to steam).

So it makes me wonder... Whats the point?

Because I could sync a 360 controller with a windows tablet that was streaming from my Xbox in any room in the house?  Natural progression from Smartglass.

Kowenicki, how do you do that. I'm using my wired 360 controller with my Surface but I was unable to use the Wireless PC receiver (the one from Microsoft) with my Surface. Are you using anything else? (or maybe I'm too dumb )

Yes PS3 games, as well as media and the PS Store (the old one, the new one doesn't work yet or ever). Currently very few games actually employ this feature as it was is optional and maybe a few other reasons. Games like Lair, Tokyo Jungle, PixelJunk games, God of War I & II HD, ICO & Shadow of the Colossus HD, and PSone games (digital or physical, not sure about PS2 games) all work with Remote Play. There is more, you can find a list somewhere.

It isn't standardized so it is not the most useful thing and I was dissapointed that the Vita didn't revolutionize this feature. The PS3 hardware is the problem, so I anticipate full remote play features to be utilized with the PS4.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
