1 and 2 are the reasons i back Sony and Nintendo.

edit: it seems Sony have shown more games of interest as of late. that's the reason for the current poll results imo.

How is having the most fans negative?

People always root for the underdog, and having the least amount of fans would be seen as a positive thing.

Also, not to mention the fact that there is a very fine line between fan and fanboy. By looking at this poll, people could say this site is dominated by Sony fanboys.
Then they could point to this thread as proof.

A better indication of this is to personally make a list of every user and analyse their posts(and games collection if they have it) to determine their console of preference. Polls aren't reliable in gathering data since they can easily be fooled.

That's just my backwards logic though.

Then who the hell did you vote for??

I prefer Sony out of the big three and i'm not going to lie about it to mess with the numbers lol.

1. Sony systems always last, I havn't had one die yet..cept for that flood that destroyed my PS2. Damn you mother earth.

2. Free online - No i'm not going to pay to be able to use the multiplayer portion of the game I bought when i already bought the game and pay comcast for interenet.

3. Biggest reason though, that blows my other two reason out of the water are the exclusives. I love Sonys IP's and feel Sony caters to the core gamer the most. Sony has the most diverse collection of exclusives imo and really I think anyone could easily find a few games they would like regardless of which genres they prefer.

Sony=Microsoft > PC

I play PS3 and 360 pretty equally then PC for Simcity 4 and Civ V. Nintendo doesn't really factor in for me as they have nothing that appeals to me.

Sony Because:

1. More games on their systems that I like to play. (Gran Turismo, Persona, LittleBigPlanet, ect.)

2. Online is free plus I can go from playing my ps3 to my vita without having to miss messages, see who's online, and PS+.

3. Lastly I have never been dissapointed by the quality of PlayStaion products. (unlike Xbox because I had 3 Xbox's and all 3 got RROD which is what lead me going exclusively PlayStation untill next gen.)

I can say honestly if it wasn't for getting RROD so many times I would be on Xbox more but since switching to PS3 I see no reason to switch back yet.
