I've recently been playing Kid Icarus Uprising and finishing it 100% is incredibly hard. You'll need to gather several hundred trophies (with decreasing probability every time you recieve a new one), finish every level on the highest difficulty multiple times with several weapons or in a limited time to unlock all of the 360 (!) achievements needed for 100%. One of which requires at least 50hrs playtime to be unlocked.

2 people from my friend list have Dark/Demon Souls on 100%, i was thinking are they realy that hard?

I think yeah Kid Icarus it has alot of stuff to complete , btw the 50hours playtime is nothing :D , i played the game it self like 200hours+ , and gameplay about 120hours i think :D , i think the hardest achievment is finshing all levels on 9.0 or u know for example : finshing chapter 15 on 9.0 with a club stuff like that sucks!

I'm currently playing Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed and it might not be the hardest of all time to complete, but it is surprisingly challenging.
