You say "fair" a lot. I think you have to come to terms that many things in this universe aren't "fair". Trying to put things on a even field just doesn't match the universe we live in.

Personally, if Satan was a nice guy, then he should have given visions to some human and let that person write his own "bible". He hasn't so far so safe to say he doesn't disprove those claims because they are true.

Also, I believe Jews believe in a devil, correct me if im wrong. If im right though....stop singling out Christianity as a big meanie bully. Hell even Islam believes in their own version of the devil.

These anti-christianity sentiments Christian dominated countries of the world is very distressing.

This post is funny. Your first paragraph says I should accept that certain things aren't fair. But your third paragraph encourages me to be more fair to Christianity by not singling it put.

Brilliant side stepping without offering a full rebuttal. Not saying you should be more fair to Christianity....merely be informed about world religions and their stance on the devil. I called you out on ignorance on Jewish and Islamic depictions of the devil in a negative way.

Satan is the agent of evolution, his effort to strive to be god, rather than to be godlike (and in so doing, be subservient to God), is the drive that all of us have to be masters of our domain. Selfish ambition changes the world

In short, Satan's position could be supported by some odd hybrid of Socialism and Objectivism.

Jesus is much more of a socialist than Satan. What bit about satan is even any bit socialist?

Jesus' teachings aren't so much socialist as they are utopian anarchist.

Also, a few things here.

1) Few if any people believe in god soley because of what they read in the bibe.

2) Anything an omnipotent being says is true... because they have power over everything including the definitions of things themselves. If an omnipotent god said "killing babies is good". It would be so, even though the human race as a whole would disagree.

1) I actually think they do. I have no way of knowing though. The bible definitely strengthens people's belief though.

2) Yes, but there are some things even an omnipotent God can't control, like our free will. We have the free will to decide what we feel the definitions of things to be.

I never made any depictions of Jewish and Islamic devils. I really don't care about discussing those religions specifically. I mainly care about Christianity specifically or religion in general; which ever is applicable. Why is that a problem?
