Yet another person fighting to keep Prof around. Does he even seem to care?

He's been pretty much been ignoring anything said against him...I don't like Yoshiya's "prof can hurt the mafia" argument. Prof hasn't caused any mental breakdowns yet which itself should be suspicious.

Well, his point and your point are stacked. He's not wrong, but neither are you if you know what I mean.

After watching people dance around for a few days while I was wrongfully banned for more than a day I find happyd, radishes, and Prof suspicious. We have him on a lynch train and these two protect him? He is not too far gone yet for them to throw him under the bus, so they say they will not vote for him.

Spurge, it's not about defending prof, it's about definding town. You know as well as anybody else that prof is always first to go, always killed night 1 or 2, in general. You'd think that the best strat would be for mafia to get him lynched so as to avoid wasting a kill.

I mean, if arguments are brought up against the lynch the lurker day 1 strat then it needs to be said. Luckily, after challenging the status quo there have been some more convincing arguments that have surfaced. Another thing that's bothering me about this is,  who's to say this isn't being pushed by mafia? I understand there are some legitimate points, and I read them, but I hope you realize that mafia could make valid points too and could use this as a pretext to lead us into lynching an invaluable townie.

Anyways, it irks me to no end that prof is not even replying to the accusations made against him because I feel like he's just letting himself get lynched and letting town do all the talking. Then again, it is only day 1 and though he is invaluable we do have Linkz as another strong townie, assuming he's town. So prof, though invaluable, I have to admit is not indispensable either. The fine line between invaluable and indispensable is there, and if it gets abused I will without hesitating cast my vote against it. If he keeps his cards too close to his chest, and gives us reason to suspect him further on in the game, then that will be enough for me to put him on the podium. I've never liked it when players play with their cards too close to their chests they owe town their thoughts, but the problem is that I have seen people play like that a few times and they've flipped town. I know many are lurking but prof is defo playing with his cards close to his chest, he's the talk of day 1 and isn't even responding.

sorry, went on a mini V/LA recently
i'll catchup in here tonight before deadline

I guess we are looking at a no lynch then? Come on guys, do the right thing and cast off Prof.

don't know how much time I have, but I'm disappointed to see no alternative to a no lynch. I understand those of you who view prof as a valuable contributor to the town, but the reason why there are no viable alternatives is because no one actually attempted to push anything else. happy, you asked for a better case against prof, but you didn't really try to put up one of your own. yoshiya hammers time limit and votes no lynch and that's all he does, final-fan doing absolutely nothing... i seem to always have leaning scumreads on yoshi and ff, but today it's seeming that one of them is scum thanks to no lynch shenanigans.

Vote: prof

still in the hopes that someone comes in and unvotes no lynch or votes prof so we could have a flip today, but skeptical about that happening

happyd seems town who is actually a lot more engaged this game. I like the way that he tells people to ignore his past inaccuracies since it would be a breeze to ride on the "man i'm so wrong again :(" wave as scum and people would most likely buy it. zero hasn't posted lately, probably still town. ABC was the most proactive person in getting people to post, which i really like. It shows frustration with a lurky gamestate, whereas scum probably don't care quite that much and instead are coasting hard. Shenanigans around the supersoldier bit makes me read Radish town for showing a level of transparency that I definitely didn't see last game, and spurge seems town again. Stefl, Linkz, and NotStan are leaning town reads but not ready to join the town pool just yet, so I'll be watching them if I survive the night.

...which leaves a pretty good pool of scum suspects, but I feel prof is a pretty good bet.
finalfan wins second place in the scum list, thanks to lurking hard but still managing to affect the game in an anti-town way
last slot is probably... hatmoza, for complaining of a problem yet being part of it, but that obviously isn't a very strong read because there has been no hatmoza in thread at all, pretty much.

yah... umm... hatmoza actually isn't playing...

Half an hour.

As it stands Prof and No Lynch are tied.

No lynch will be inforced if nothing changes
