He's been pretty much been ignoring anything said against him...I don't like Yoshiya's "prof can hurt the mafia" argument. Prof hasn't caused any mental breakdowns yet which itself should be suspicious.

Well, his point and your point are stacked. He's not wrong, but neither are you if you know what I mean.

Spurge, it's not about defending prof, it's about definding town. You know as well as anybody else that prof is always first to go, always killed night 1 or 2, in general. You'd think that the best strat would be for mafia to get him lynched so as to avoid wasting a kill.
I mean, if arguments are brought up against the lynch the lurker day 1 strat then it needs to be said. Luckily, after challenging the status quo there have been some more convincing arguments that have surfaced. Another thing that's bothering me about this is, who's to say this isn't being pushed by mafia? I understand there are some legitimate points, and I read them, but I hope you realize that mafia could make valid points too and could use this as a pretext to lead us into lynching an invaluable townie.
Anyways, it irks me to no end that prof is not even replying to the accusations made against him because I feel like he's just letting himself get lynched and letting town do all the talking. Then again, it is only day 1 and though he is invaluable we do have Linkz as another strong townie, assuming he's town. So prof, though invaluable, I have to admit is not indispensable either. The fine line between invaluable and indispensable is there, and if it gets abused I will without hesitating cast my vote against it. If he keeps his cards too close to his chest, and gives us reason to suspect him further on in the game, then that will be enough for me to put him on the podium. I've never liked it when players play with their cards too close to their chests they owe town their thoughts, but the problem is that I have seen people play like that a few times and they've flipped town. I know many are lurking but prof is defo playing with his cards close to his chest, he's the talk of day 1 and isn't even responding.
