Forums - Microsoft - What are the odds of Disney/Lucas arts make Star Wars:Kotor 3

It's been 8 years since Star Wars Knights of the old republic 2 was release for the original Xbox and PC.  Since then a sequel entitled Star Wars:Kotor 3 began production and was cancelled in order to make Star Wars:The old Republic.

Now that SW:Tor is out and Lucas Arts is part of Disney.  Could we see this amazing RPG get a deserved sequel ?  What are the odds ?

Similar to the odds of Blizzard making a Warcraft 4.

Odds of an eventual KOTOR 3: 50%.

Odds of a KOTOR 3 that isn't a f2p social game: 0.05%.

So sad that EA now owns Bioware.  Cancelling Kotor 3 to make TOR, really made me angry with them.

I don't see Disney ever investing in something that is not geared directly to children

Agreed. My only hope is that EA does it.

But after the failure of SWTOR, I don't think they want anything with SW.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

To my knowledge that was in development before acquisition by Disney so my point is still valid, nice try

Small, but I fucking hope so, the MMO was just a big fucking insult and mistake.

@At above poster: Doesn't really coun 1313 began production and was officially announced before Disney took over.

I think there's at least a 50% chance there's a third KOTOR game, since Obsidian handled the second one, so they or another developer could do the third. Personally I wish we could get another Rogue Squadron game or Battlefront 3, but since Factor 5 is all but dead and Free Radical already is, they both seem highly unlikely.
