M&M VIII is a bit weaker entry into series, but still satisfying to play. I'm patiently waiting to see when will that fan based project (M&M X) get released, it's been 10 years since we had new entry. Of course, there's always chance that Ubi, as owner of rights to franchise since 2003, will decide to compete with Bethesda and make some new game, but I'm not sure should I be looking forward to it, considering there's very little chance, in my opinion, they would stick to original formula. |
Yeah, I think I would prefer a community effort. Seeing a former great series ruined by remake, as has happened so many times in games and movies, is not to be desired.
By the way; I'm playing Daggerfall again, now there's a BIG game world!

Hmm.. Elder Scrolls series.. or perhaps Baldur's Gate on PC.. there is Persona Series as far as JRPG's are concerned.. and maybe if you have a Dreamcast.. Timestalkers would be okay.. but really not much of a world.. but still can keep you entertained for hours or days.. heck even month's trying to get every little thing..
Nintendo Wii by generations...
1. Wii
2. Wii U
3. Wii O U
Predictions made by gamers concerning the current Nintendo line up of games.
Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)
Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)
Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)

I think a PS2 emulator would probably run better since they've been around longer, but yeah, that's an option if you don't have either console.
how do you apply texture packs? i don't understand it.
Arc Rise Fantasia is highly underrated, and should be worth anyone's money IMO. I believe its 20 bucks, and if you have Wii, I would recommend it.
Estelle and Adol... best characters ever! XD
Just get "The Witcher" 1 and 2. Awesome games, real "grown-up" fantasy world, good story, charismatic main character. One of the very few western rpgs this gen that easily stands its ground next to the Skyrim or any other big rpg. In fact, it's one of the best rpg series this gen.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
To those of you saying Skyrim....the game doesn't have characters or a story, at least not from what I've played.
First of all when you start the game you make your own character and the game is progressed in first person view....that immediately tells you the you are a generic character. You have no personality or any sort of participation in the story, you just kind pass through it. So if you were looking for a game with a great lead character that you actually care about, Skyrim is the last game you should get.
My recommendations: Persona 4: Golden on PS Vita or Persona 4 on PS2, Final Fantasy. Any of the numbered games in the series should be at least worth a play through.
