3 or Vice City for me and I picked 3 because I liked the city more. I have just downloaded San Andreas however so we'll see how well it's aged for a new player
The best one is Vice City: best atmosphere, most improved sequel, best soundtrack.
Then
San Andreas
GTA IV
GTA 3
For me Sam Andreas or Vice City.
Vice City due the story.
I have a hard time deciding between Chinatown Wars and San Andreas.
Has to be Vice City best soundtrack, best main character, best voice acting and best setting.
