You should get a PS3 or another 360. PS3 if you want to do stuff online and not have to pay for Live.
The reason I say this is all the games you listed are $60, and while Nintendoland, Zombie U, and NSMB U aren't on the other systems, every other game you've listed can be purchased for $20-30, except for Darksiders 2, which I'd recommend the first game anyways because it's better.
Like someone else mentioned. Get a PS3 and Playstation Plus, which if you see this message right now, you can still get the Amazon deal of the day which includes PS+ for a year. There are currently 18 games on the PS+, including Vita games. You might not get a Vita ever, but just lock those games onto your account and if you ever do, free Vita games. Infamous 2 and LBP2 are two games that have been on Plus since February, because they're using those games as part of the selling point for Plus, LBP2 being better than any Mario game in the past couple gens. Those two are the best games on Plus, but some other games offered currently are Rochard, Double Dragon Neon, Scott Pilgrim, Bioshock 2, KoF13, and SSF4 Arcade(there are more. Check out the Playstation Blog.)
Premium Wii U(comes with Nintendoland) with every game you've listed comes to around $650 at this current time. PS3 with PS+ and all the available games you've listed(including Darksiders 2,) is around $350, or $390 with Mass Effect Trilogy. Both of these prices are slightly less depending on where you get the titles.
You mentioned selling your 3DS because it has no games. But right now the Wii U doesn't have many games and there hasn't been much announced for the future. A lot of multiplatform announcements that were just recently made also didn't list the Wii U as being one of the consoles. Whether you get a PS3 or another 360, the two systems have some of the games you're already interested in and then hundreds of other great games already on the system. Since you sometimes have access to a 360, getting a PS3 will give you the best of both worlds.
