It does, but not everybody has a wireless router, or want to use wireless if they have a working USB LAN Adapter like I do since Wifi is shit.

You see what you've caused Chrizum. The rumour is now, "Wii U has no wifi".

No. Wifi is shit.
Wifi works just fine, for me. I play Call of Duty online with my Wii U and there's no discernible difference from the 360's online.
Anyway, how do you get a router with no Wifi and only one ethernet cable in this day and age? Even if you're not playing online games, you're missing out on some great online features! Looks like I cannot help you.

I haven't turned my 360 on since I got a Wii U. Infact the 360 is back in it's box. |
same here - that goes for PS3 as well.
Nintendo Network ID: DaRevren
I love My Wii U, and the potential it brings to gaming.

Because I usually leave my ethernet cable in my 360. You know, the console which actually has online games. |
Spend $20-30
Get an Ethernet switch and two small Ethernet cables. Plug in your current wire to the switch incoming port and then use the two additional wires to get your X360 and Wii U both connected.
Also, the Wii U does have online games and online services so there is no reason to behave like a douche bag X360 elitist.
Some people say that they haven't touched their older consoles since getting a Wii U. As for me, I went from NSMB U to Nintendo Land to Little Big Planet 2 to Hitman Absolution in the course of a few hours last night. That's how d21lewis do.

I don't want to spend any money on crap I don't need. And stop whining. I didn't buy my Wii U for online and it's definitely not Nintendo's focus. You Wii peasant.
The only thing I want is to disable the obnoxious auto-check for an internet connection at the Wii U's start-up. But apparantly, that is impossible.
