Skyrim was the most overrated piece of turd I'd played until I got about 2 hours into it.  Gameplay mechanics are not enough to make some games, it's the story that matters too and that is never more important than in TWD.  I'm 20 hours into Skyrim now and love it, I suggest you give TWD one episode and if you aren't liking the story by then it's not for you.  I would add that the first 15 minutes or so are the worst of the series arguably as it's a slow start.

Well I don't like the tv series at all, so I doubt that I will enjoy the story. And I am not going to spend money on that kind of crap, no way.

Well if you don't like the TV series I see no point in trying it either as the story telling is a similar style.  Just because you don't like it doesn't make it crap though.  There are many games this generation (most JRPG's for example) that I don't "get" but ultimately they are great games if that's your favourite genre or franchise.

it will be on sale for xbox live on 28th of december and probably also in the steam winter sale. not sure if you play on steam or xbox live but the download is also only i believe 550mb on steam so it wouldn't be too bad to download it instead of purchasing the retail version.

i'll defo download the walking dead and probably on steam especially if you say it will be in the sale,i missed the last one,i can wait for a special price as i have so many games to be gettign on with

i thought they might take the proce back to £20 seeing as it has the hype,squeeze a few bucks out of it

I wonder how season 2 will top the firsts

not 100% sure if it will be on sale on steam but xbox will have it on sale and i don't really believe it won't be on steam winter sale then.
