Nintendo Wii by generations...

1. Wii

2. Wii U

3. Wii O U

Predictions made by gamers concerning the current Nintendo line up of games.

Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)

Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)

Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)

Personally, I the second amendment is one amendment i would love to see gone. At the very least they should limit gun sales to some basic hunting rifles. Handguns and assault rifles are not neccessary.

I would explain, but it would be much easier if you just googled it.  Basically automatic or burst capable rifles.

well i knew what you meant but people can never actually describe what it is. so i was wanting to know what you consider an "assualt rifle"

aslo: automatic and burst fire rifles were banned in may of 1986.

I wonder what good handguns would have had in 1940's in Germany when the Nazis forcibly removed Jews from their home and systematically killed over six million of them

Yeah, they were banned from being made, but as long as it was made before the ban, you can legally own it.  There are a lot of automatic and burst fire weapons out there, and people should not be allowed to own them.

Self-defence is consistent with "only be used to injure people". Every other use can be applied for. It's not restricting anyone's right to possess a gun except for the purpose of wanting to kill people with it.

Nerve gas can presumably be used in self-defence as well.

I was stunned for a second that you really don't see a difference between nerve gas and a handgun, but I forgot that self-defense wasn't considered legitimate in modern Britain beyond perhaps bleeding on your assailant (though not to excess). Cultural difference, I suppose.

If this was Mad Max I'd agree I guess. But the chances you'll even be in a self-defence situation are extremely low and I don't think the accidental deaths are worth it. And I don't view it as a freedom issue because the other uses you'd be able to apply for.

Also I don't understand why normal police in the US are allowed to have guns.

PLease take a walk through any big city in the US at night by your self.

America is very different from other countries in the amount of different cultures we have in close proximity.  We also some major gang problems due to our drug laws. the combintaion leads to some very unsafe areas, even if others dont have guns they may have other weapons or more people around.

actually no there arent a lot. and also you arent exactly correct, the had to be registered by that date to. many were not, and were deemed illegal.

the are so few because because the 1930's NFA law, required them to be registered, and pay a $200 tax stamp for (which was often more than the cost of the gun) this dramatically curbed the sales of the gun, as no one could afford the, the the the Gun Control act of 1968 ban the import of guns, irronically enough american gun manufacturers supported it, as they thought it would reduce competition. then 1986 banned them. and there were never a high demand for them in the first place. So now there is a set amount (or even decreasing as they break down) of automatic guns in the US (estimates i have seen range in the low hundred thousands). So these command an extremely high price. Usuallly $10k-$25k. then you have to pay the $200 tax stamp, register it in you name, pass extensive back round checks, have all you infromation on file, you finger prints sent im, then you need to get written permission the the cheif law enforment officer from where you life, and you are subject to random checks by  BAFTE.

yeah so just about no one owns them, or can afford them. there have only been like 2 reported murders in the last 10 years by people who lawfully own automatic weapons. and one of the was a police officer.

i made the thread of course its going to have my opionion in it. i then gave a link to a news article with their take on it. but i only cared about mine so i wrote my opinion.

I was just saying, clearly seperate the story quote/link and your opinion.

as for the bold thatt o is unconstitutional. the constitution isnt about hunting. its about defending ourselves from tyranny whether that come from an individual or the government. citizens should be as a well armed as the government. even so guns have numerous more purposes and uses than say a nuke.

The words are ambiguous. You know that. The most obvious reading of the words doesn't tell us anything about gun laws.

and the constitution cant be wrong, its our laws.

No. Laws can be wrong.

if you dont like it, ammend it. until then our right to bear arms shall not be infringed.

According to ONE, and not even the most literal, interpretation. The Court is making a politically motivated reading, that is undeniable.

Max I cannot ever agree with you, and I hope your version of morality doesn't become the majority in my country.

Your morality has been proven be very nativ. You try acting like if some broke in your house with children you should not expect them to attack you or your children you should just hope they go away or try fighting but hey if lose they could always kidnapped your children or kill you every after trying to fight to make sure. I know one thing if you think criminals will not do something crazy in the moment orthat you are 100 percent sure there not going to do something that will have permanent effect on you or your family then great.

Max is right here because to assume you know this criminal minds are at the moment is a fools game. This people are in survival mode mostly likely stealing to survive and if they see a way to get there means they do anything to get it. People have been beaten to death in there own house because they were just in the way of criminal and didn't want them to tell anyone who robbed them. I know this because my grandfather was  cop told me stories of when he saw the results. Some have killed just out fear to thing anything about honorable or fair is for the native who haven't been in th worst situations.
