even without bundles uncharted has always had very strong legs. gears of war get most of its lifetime sales in its first month of release.

Gears of War judgement should give you a indicator...

Perhaps, but then, there would still be no way to judge it against the next Uncharted game (which I'm thinking won't be until the PlayStation 4, if Sony is to continue it next gen).

I'm sure Judgment will sell like any other Gears, though.

I'm actually not too sure, it won't be marketed anywhere near previous Gears titles I think and it releases in a different point it the year, coupled with the fact it's from a different developer I think it could sell "worse" than a "main line" Gears game.

Personally I own Gears 1 (<3), Gears 2 (<3) and Gears 3 (-.-) and have no intention of buying Judgement because I got stung with Gears 3.

Here are my reasons for Judgment selling worse than any of the previous Gears Of War games

- Different developer
- Locked content on Gears Of War 3 disc left a serious taste of shit in the fans mouths
- Main character aint Marcus Fenix

Uncharted 3 Will pass Gears of War 1, 2 and 3 (Not combined!). Gears of War 3 by end of year/Early January. Gears of War by February/March and Gears of War 2 by October/November 2013.

Uncharted 2 will stay ahead of Gears of War 3 and pass Gears of War.

Gears of War Judgement will be outsold by God of War Ascension by end of year 2013.

I hope it does end up doing well, seems like a nice little addition to the Gears family. Speak of your last sentence, Gears 2 bothered me, but I cherish Gears 1 and found Gears 3 to be a lot like it. 

I also hope it ends up doing well because I want the franchise to continue so I can re-love it next-gen.

Not going too off-topic for the thread here I hope, but it wasn't really that I didn't like Gears 3, because both the Campaign, MP and Horde were loveable, it was just more-so that I was among a few thousand users that experienced a nasty little glitch that basically caused the 360 to freeze every time I tried to play either Campaign, Horde or MP and it literally took months to fix and even several weeks from release before Epic Games even acknowledged the issue which is basically why I'm reluctant to buy the new game even though I love the franchise as a whole.

Uncharted 3 wasn't being bundled a couple of weeks ago and it was still selling 50k plus in a week...and someone please give sales2099 a perma-ban. He's really pissing everyone off.

It will but VGC is curenetly undertracked GOW 3 by 1 million...so most people will belive Gears of War sold better whereas God of War actually sold more copies.
