Tech forums seem to be down.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

To start my story, i have three fairly small HDTVs at my disposal. One was bought for me in 2006, one was bought to replace that one in 2008, because i took the first to college, and a third was bought in late 2011, small enough for me to take so i could play my Wii in Japan

Anyway, the 2006 TV had a bad oversampling problem with the Wii U, to the point that i was getting only about 85% of the image i'm supposed to. I switched to the 2008 TV, which supported HDMI, and now i'm getting about 95% of the screen i should be seeing (as i can look at the Gamepad and see what i "should" be seeing).

I agree that nintendo needs to do something about this.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

You can adjust the screen in just about every app but the main screen(wara wara plaza) and screen when home button is pushed.

I changed my TV from full to full-pixel and now have no issues.

I'm sure a future update will make the issue go away, but I think most people have settings on their TV that will fix this.

One of the writers on Destructoid was having this issue along with several of the people in the comments section. Seems to be a somewhat common issue with older televisions. I hope they can fix this with an update.

I had the same issue with PS3, but my TV has an option like superchunk's.
