Well the year is coming to a close and now every big exclusive this year has been released.   So time to look back at 2012 and decide what was the BEST exclusive title this year and why.

For me personally it was Halo 4.  Everything from the graphics, to the story, to the multiplayer blew me away. 

As we all know eexclusive titles are always the most hyped and most important titles of the year.  So which was the best? 

Why exclusive? Why not just games in general? Especially this year when exclusives pretty much stunk?

My favorite game of the year would probably be a tie between mass effect 3 and Borderlands 2...

Xenoblade Chronicles

I haven't completed it yet but I love eveything about it. Except the blurry graphics :/

Well the exclusive I have bar none put the most hours in would  be

Civilization V  DLC  Gods and Kings for PC 

or NSMBU

I would also say Counter Strike GO but it came out for PS3

Nintendo let me down this year in exclusives as I have yet to even finish Skyward Sword or Xenoblade. However I am loving NSMBU

Kid Icarus: Uprising.

An amazing game, I love it.

Im going to do an overall Goty after Far Cry 3 comes out as thats the last major release.  Every big exclusive this year is already out

New Super Mario Bros U; but to be fair I haven't played Halo 4 yet...

I think he is just talking about come consoles but this would be my second favorite :)  I loved that game.  It is my new fav nintendo game besides zelda.

Very tough choice for me. I pick Halo 4 but I could easily pick New Super Mario Bros. U.
