I can accept that then. Afterall, its much more significant for Halo to flop than PABR. One is the Xbox's top tier flagship franchise with a long, heavy history of being AAA quality. The other is a unknown new IP which is basically a ripoff with a seemingly incredibly small budget. Suffice to say, PABR isn't nearly as bad as Halo flopping.

From what I played on the beta and the reviews I read on the final game the core game is very fun (specially online) but it is a "barebones" game on content and the presentation is bland (menus, still pictures for story) which makes me think that the devs ran out of budget.

Sony should have axed some other projects (Starhawk) and pump more money into All Stars.

I dont see it that way.  Go look at the league of games a 76 matches up with and then compare it to great games.

I didn't say a 76 was great. I said it was good. It certainly isn't below average. Average is about ~70. Below average is in the 60s range.
