What? Leo-J has been banned 20+ times. What is the purpose of banning? It's obviously not changing his behavior. He'll come back and be banned another 20+ times in the next few months and that's just the norm? Or maybe you're of the opinion that he's a reaaaaaaaaaally slow learner. Spam is ridiculous though but unless its completely obvious its spam its sometimes hard to catch, sometimes spammers just post a really quick response to whatever the topic is without even reading it.

You can't ban a new account, even if you kow that it is a duplicate, unless the person comes right out and says it. That's the problem we're having with GGE and GBallzack.

This reminds me of the time I was 16-17, and had highest post count on the biggest Warhammer forum on the net. The complaints going around now against Soriku/Leo/brute aren't anything compared to the campaign they had for getting me banned. =P
