What? Leo-J has been banned 20+ times. What is the purpose of banning? It's obviously not changing his behavior. Yes, that is the norm. I'd break down in tears if Leo-J was perma-banned.

Your personal attachments may be effecting your efficiency as a moderator. Anyways, he would come back with another account, so no worries there.

 that won't work because the mods, if they do their job, will ban his new account for being an alias.
