Troll thread is still troll thread

Its clear you get the point of Halo but you just want to try get a kick out of people.

Never played the game: Check

Only have bad things to say about it: Check

Make up lies about it: Check

Make it look like its a real question at the end: Check

Yep this thread passes for troll bait imo

I've played two Halo games and they were the same games IMO. If the last game I played, Halo: Reah was any good, then maybe I would have bought Halo 4.  But Halo 4, seems to be for the fans only.

Plus my point is that there are other FPS out there that are just as good, don't get even half the praise as Halo, which is midiocre at best.

Overhyped yes, bad no.
Fun to play yes, boring no.

It's not better or worse then other high profile fps/tps. I've sniped enemies from far away with the light rifle while they stand there until they die. You see groups of enemies waiting up ahead until you come into range to activate them. No different then other games.
The levels are more oriented like multiplayer maps though so the enemies have more room to flank you. And you now and then have a choice of a different vehicle to take or just go on foot.

If the enemies had good AI you would not have a chance, same as in any other fps/tps on the market. I'm glad they're dumb and give me 5 seconds to 'hide' in an obvious spot to recharge my shield.

Please play the game before passing judgement. I'm not known to be the most pro 360 user on these forums but I played and loved the shit out of Halo 3 online back in the day. It is actually good believe it or not. Fans will tell you the same about CE and Halo 2. I personally didn't like ODC or Reach, maybe those two were a bit overhyped, but from what little I've played and seen of 4, it's definitely worth the hype.

I'm mostly talking about single player campaign not multiplayer.

What else is there to get hyped about for the 360? no offence.

Agreed, but Halo fans will claim that Halo does have good "AI" and in fact the best in any FPS - which I believe is a load of rubbish.

I actually agree with him. Very overhyped. Tremendous amount of money spent on campaigns and advertisements.
Played all of them and it feels like a "stale" game. For example this formula....

Walk, walk around enemy incoming.
Next room
Walk, walk around enemy incoming.
Next room brief talk
enter portal.
Walk, walk around enemy incoming,
Next room brief talk

*As you play the game you can clearly see the formula and their intention.

and dont talk about their A.I lol FEAR 1 and Unreal T  has better A.I. than Halo.

coming from a nintendo fan i find this ironic

i'd say though that from the footage i've seen halo 4 looks awesome, i haven't actually played it but i'd like to at some point

It's only overhyped if it doesn't live up to expectations.

And it seems to me like Halo fans are very satisfied with Halo 4.

I'm sure that doesn't make any sense.

It probably just means their expectations were that it should be the same colorless, dumb AI, monotonous FPS as it always was. Which then makes me right.

Everyone needs to get of his case. Yes he could have been a bit more diplomatic about how he feels but he it does not mean he is a troll.

Have you ever thought he is just saying what he really feels and hopes to get honest answers as to why other people like the game?

And it answer to your questions, i am not a fan of halo personally. I really dont understand why its so popular, but then i dont understand why other games are popular either
The thing with Halo is there really is no other FPS that plays like it. So people who are into that type of FPS will get Halo. Thats always been my little hunch. I have said it once and i will say it again, i am shocked as hell that no one has made a Halo clone.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st
