Indeed the 'best' music has been made under the influence of drugs. (i seriously doubt that it has just been weed though ;p)
Still doesn't change the fact that the occasional high will be the most influential when it comes to 'creating'. Smoking weed everyday really changes the effect and will never get you as high or creative as with your first inexperienced highs. The occasional high can though.

if you take breaks like a week - month then when you smoke again your tolerance is pretty damn low or nonexistent and it feels basically like the first time getting high (only a few hits will get you high where as it might have taken2 -3 bowls with tolerance).  Just like all drugs your tolerance can go up.  The one good thing is that the addiction level doesn't really go up.  You could shoot heroin all the time and be highly addicted.  However, you can smoke weed all the time and drop it the next day with little to no side effects.

I like how some people are talking about weed, like it's some kind of magical wonder drug. lololol You guys need to get real. All it does is make you an addictive, lazy mindless zombie, were your whole world revolves around getting your next fix. It also leads to other, harder drugs.I've never heard of some genius say,yep I thought of this, after smoking some weed. Go get a hobby,do something productive. Nothing anyone can say,can convince me otherwise.

So you come in here, throw out false claims, get quickly rebutted with studies and actual proof instead of what you choose to believe and then tell others to get real?

Comedy gold.

At least us lazy pot smokers aren't too lazy to do some proper research in order to form an argument with legs to stand on.

Maybe  you need a smoke bro.

You just came up with another example of marijuana being helpful in another job field... Comedy.  A shitload of comedians smoke marijuana.  Most probably do it for recreational but I am sure that they sit down and right jokes or think about new jokes while high on the drug.  Oldschoolfool probably even has laughed at a few jokes that were probably influenced by marijuana.

The addiction to weed is all in the mind. The 'one thing leads to another' is basically bullshit especially when it becomes legal to obtain. (you don't have to shop at places where they offer other drugs which is the only reasonable explanation for that ignorant statement a lot of people make)

If the first thing you do when you wake up is 'roll a joint and start puffing away', every single day, it will probably have a negative effect on your social life (and skills) and on your brain.

But i completely agree that if you take long enough breaks the fun will remain. Smoking everyday gives you a constant state of some sort of 'highness' but never the kick you get out of a rare high.

That sounds like some excuse some junkie would use. Again,I see no point in the whole thing. At first it has all these magical benefits, then people do the weed,to get that super high occasionally.

Say what? I'm not high but i don't get your reply... And it wasn't an excuse from a junkie if you were referring to me. I don't see what excuse you are talking about actually.

Do yourself a favor and just ignore him. He has already shown that he is unwilling to listen to reason, do actual research and just harps on about his "views" are the truth and all the studies and real world examples are lies. Everyone who smokes is a junkie and are lazy members of society who contribute nothing.

Meanwhile he has yet to contribute anything concrete thus far on his end and is too lazy to do proper research to back up his empty claims.

I believe this is the "research" that he basis his claims from.

I don't know where he conducts his research, but all I know is that I want whatever he is smoking.
