I will bet money that it gets reviewed harshy because of dev time, even though that shouldn't ever happen.

It's pretty clear at this point, that both Final Fantasy Versus XIII and the Last Guardian, will be seeing a PS4 launch window release date. They both have been too long in production to not be out yet. Either they would be cancelled or pushed to the PS4, given the close time frame to PS4's imminent release next year. If they were cancelled, they would say so, but what they wouldn't say, is "we're holding it for a PS4 launch window release date to help bolster the system sales." That's my guess anyway, and the most educated hypothesis one could make at this point.

Please, please just release it. I can stomach the long wait, but I don't think I could deal with its cancellation. This is easily my most anticipated game.

There are plenty of huge games coming out of the PS3 in 2013, so I can wait for TLG (and FFvXIII). However, this has been a bit annoying. No screenshots, no trailers. Not even a smidgen of info.

why do people have problems with long dev times? i can't understand... if there was no other games to play... yes that would sucks but with so many games out already and coming out in a near future... chill... it will be out when its ready and should never before (looking at you bethesda)...
