I think they're referring to uploading/downloading files (i.e. "save file as"). Can 3DS do that?

You know how a lot of systems let you view pictures on them?  Well, all of the ones I mentioned (3DS, PSP, Vita, PS3) let you copy pictures straight from the internet and save them to your library.  It's easy enough to just use another device and then transfer it (like how you have to do with the Wii and the Xbox 360) but I see lots of cool images when browsing the internet.  It would be nice if the Wii U let me save those pics to the (hopefully included) Photo Channel.  It's no big deal, though.  I've got so many pics on my other consoles, PC, and phone that it's insane.  It's just that you never know when you're going to stumble across an awesome pic that you may never see, again.

Not only can the 3DS save pics, it can save 3D pics! Or, you could take 2D pics and edit them so that certain parts are 3D.  I used to do it all of the time but then I got bored with 3D boobies.

Well if they do argue, all they need to know is that adobe themselves have specified that they will not be supporting flash on any new devices or new versionson android.
