Ha! Yeah, you can get annoyed all you like, but you can not sue someone over it.  I mean Futurama made a whole episode parody based around mocking Apple and the "EyePhone".

Most definitely. They'll sue over anything. It can be over a guy painting a portrait of someone looking at you while holding a bitten apple.

I'm confused, MBP.  Is your fury stemming from the fact that, as some other user (erroneously, IMO) suggested, making a correlation between "fruit" and "gay"?  There is no overly-flamboyant stereotype in the add, so I think you're reading a little too much into that, as I don't believe that was Rockstar's intention, but I could be wrong.

However, if you're just taking offense to the fact that Rockstar's having a little fun with the Apple brand, that's a bit silly IMHO.
