Omission of Iron Sights makes the gameplay feel dated?

When people use the "lack of iron sights" as an excuse or negative aspect it just makes me laugh. It's what makes it different and better than cod and those other shooters.

At this point I think Halo 4 is a guaranteed GOTY. Not that it had much competition, this year has been quite lackluster IMO.

It would for me. I use iron sights all the time. For you know.....accurate aiming.

Anyway, anyone find it odd that such a huge game gets its embargo lifted so early? It could easily backfire.....unless they paid off reviewers. There. I said it. I know we're all thinking it.

In the Halo verse, Iron Sights is outdated and unnecesary.

You know, Spartans are biological upgrated with neurologics conections within their armor, to have a HUD that is way more efficient and accurate than iron sights. Hell, even some marines have their owns HUD's.

Also, isn't that rare, Reach reviews were released the Saturday before release. And more recently, Microsoft did the same with Forza Horizon. They are just confident in the success of the game, and so far, all the (big) games this year have been dissapointing.

Nobwe arent all thinking MS paid off reviews, thats rediculous. And the lack of Iron Sights is dated? Thats one of the dumbest things Ive ever heard, its just called different styles of FPS.

But Im not surprised at the already apparent toughness. Ive been saying it for a while I think this will be the lowest reviewed mainline Halo. Its the perfect opportunity for them to be rough, overall review scores this entire year have been low and the game switched developers. Two perfect exscuses to rate it harshly.

Still should be a great game and hope Im wrong though

Hope it reviews upper 90s.
