I suggest using a retrovirus altered to contain the human gay gene to turn everyone gay. That way men can genetically father children, but all children are born of deliberate and considered action and consent on the part of everyone involved.

It would also prevent rape...well heterosexual rape at least.

Well, I have 100% solved the crime issue. At birth, we put a chip inside the body of every human. We then put cameras in all corners and just as authorities see a crime being committed, they will press a button which activates this chip and makes the criminal fall asleep. Also, it's illegal to try to remove the chip, and cameras will see whenever you try to.


Freedom is overrated, after all.

If we are going sci-fi route, why not follow the Minority Report path and develop precogs who can predict when a crime will happen, and thus intervene before it does...

EDIT:  Also I can't tell how serious this thread is.  It seems real, but with a hint of sarcasm?  I don't know.

My step father had reversed vasectomy. Of course over here in Quebec you don't pay for any surgery. It's not hard, but it's painful as death.
