I think you can have both gameplay methods in the Wii U version, both gamepad or wiimote, if not that is pretty dumb. So if this is the case, Wii U version.

In the Wii U version the first player uses the gamepad, and the second player uses the wiimote.

Can't the first player if he is playing alone choose between the two options?

@curl-6 it didnt get praised for its graphics, because they were not all that great. Both Mario Galaxies look better than Epic Mickey1

OT Wii version is going to be the cheapest of the four. IMHO unless there is something significant about the Wii U version, then i would stick to the Wii one.

IF there's a way to use Wiimote/'Chuk with the U in a 1P game, U--otherwise Wii.

I don't think the graphics were anything special.

The characters were high polygon, the textures were high quality, the worlds were elaborate, the Blot enemies had excellent shaders for their liquid skin, and the particle effects were some of the system's best.

It actually outdoes Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 in a few areas, such as geometry and animation. (Though not overall as the Galaxy games run at 60fps)

While I enjoyed the first Epic Mickey it had a LOT of issues.  I felt the choice and consequence gameplay was ultimately poor *spoilers maybe throughout post*.  Their seemed to be little difference between a paint playthrough and a thinner playthrough.  It feels like Disney insisted on a happy endind no matter what you did in the game.  I loved the story, especially with Oswald, but the conclusion wasn't as good as it should have been.  Plus, overall, the gameplay was slightly above average at best.

Whether you repaired the animatronic characters, defeated/redeemed the bosses, or completed certain side quests, the ending scene played out differently. Honestly, I don't think a truly "bad" ending would fit in a Disney game anyway.

The game definitely needed a lot of tightening up.  Hopefully they did that here.

Well, they have stated that they have made a lot of changes to the camera to improve it. They've also added full voice acting.

No. I don't know why, but you can't.
