Ammusingly the link they posted now goes directly to an article that states she wasn't set on fire because of the Obama T-shirt.
I doubt that the attackers would of let her go if she had a pro-romney t-shirt on.
As for banning the KKK... well hell no.

The KKK really isn't an organization you can ban anyway. The Klan as an organized body has very little influence, its more of an idea than a Klan anymore.
