You can't ban extremist thought. And you can't force everyone to be accepting and nice. What you can do is put these people in jail if they commit an actual crime, where they may or may not be raped by large, black men.
Also, shouldn't you change the title of this thread when the 3rd sentence says it wasn't because of the shirt?
