When and where are two of the biggest questions surrounding the introductions of the next Xbox.

There are many who have spoken to various media outlets to voice their opinion on when they expect the new consoles to debut.

Just about everyone can tell you something you want to hear or provide a guess that is realistic and could actually happen.

But then again you could simply take a look at E3 2013's official website, which has been changed and reveals some interesting notes as it was found out today.

Along with an update registration section to the page, there are various slogans and sayings that all dance around the word "next." If you've been following the industry, you know what the first thing is that comes to your mind when you hear the word "next."

"This is the year.

"This is the E3 you won't want to miss.

"See What's Next in Video Games at E3 2013.

"E3 brings you to the epicenter of the video game industry. Experience the latest in ground-breaking technologies and test-drive products for consoles, PCs, mobile phones, handheld systems and the Internet. It's interactive entertainment. It's video games.

"It's what's next now," E3's site reads.

Some folks still believe the next Playstation will be announced during the early part of next year but could E3 2013 be the site of when everyone gets to see the Xbox 720?

Not sure why the article is focused on the next xbox, but whatever. Do you think this is hinting at next gen reveals or is it just generic ambiguous teasing?

I would be stunned ridged if there wasnt any new console announcements at next years E3. Surely its a dead cert.

It's waaay too early to start speculating like this. Looks like the months leading up to this year's E3 are going to be the worst in a long time x_x

Totally expected...actually, I thought at least one of them was gonna be unveiled at this year´s E3 (guess a lot of people did too)

well we already know they will reveal both PS4 and nextbox at or before E3 next year so hinting is only just confirming what we know already.

I'm still betting on a TGS or early 2014 reveal of the ps4.

After the last couple of TGSs, I don't think that's possible anymore.

Well of course they're going to hype the "next" E3 as being the "next" big thing that you won't want to miss... what are they supposed to say? "Same shit as last year"? lol

And while in all likelyhood we'll see the reveal of at least one next-gen console from Sony or M$, we'll know for sure in the buildup to E3 during the spring like we did 2 years ago when all the rumors surrounding Nintendo's next-gen reveal were off the charts, many of them turning out to be true of course (tablet-like controller with built in touch screen).

We should start hearing some rumors around the time CES starts in January, though I highly doubt they'll be any major reveals there.
