Which is pretty much the name of the article:

"Nintendo Investigating Foxconn's Underage Employee Admission"

not

"Nintendo are evil for using underage labour which Sony and Microsoft never did with the same company"

Which is what you seem to have read the article as.  They even mention Sony, Microsft and Apple in the first paragraph, but the article is dealing with what Nintendo are doing about the issue.

Saw about a day or two ago on IGN, I like the part that Nintendo themselves are doing the proactive work on fixing this ethic problem. I just hope they keep the records to back them up and say, "we do our best to keep things in check."

As for Foxconn, they better uphold their part of ethics and not swindle in bastard deals...
