Saw about a day or two ago on IGN, I like the part that Nintendo themselves are doing the proactive work on fixing this ethic problem. I just hope they keep the records to back them up and say, "we do our best to keep things in check."
As for Foxconn, they better uphold their part of ethics and not swindle in bastard deals...
