I don’t know if getting older is causing time to fly faster but damn it the announcement was already a month+ ago.  Still no word on their miiverse service, a couple friends and I have speculated as to why but I feel the Nintendo directs are a bad way to disseminate information but I am sure whatever they have planned will be fine.  Most likely will hear something come their earnings report next week.

Even though I have multiple guarantees on the system come release date, A couple of friends of mine and I will be making the trip to NYC to camp out at Nintendo World which should be immensely fun (we are leaving early Friday morning).

What are your plans?

Seriously though, I won't buy the system at release. As soon as Nintendo release some first party giants (Mario Kart, 3D Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, F-Zero, Super Smash Brothers) I won't hesitate to rape my wallet though.

Yeah I will be playing Halo 4 aswell, possible someone will remember me that day that the Wii U has been released =p. So when will it getting a pricecut?

i have 4 systems coming. Post Black-Friday, I should make some cash.

Unfortunately I'll be out of the country, but I will definitely celebrate the Wii U release somehow.

I hope to see more advertisements in the coming weeks. Nintendo has a great system; they just need to spread the word more.

Midnight launch at a GameStop about half an hour from here (further than the closest GameStop, but closer to work where i was able to pounce at the time)

because massive online infastructures are huge projects that take significant investment and testing, and much of the testing can't be done until after a massive audience starts using the service.  while i more or less believe nintendo will deliver on the features they have so far promised i also belive it will be like psn when the ps3 released or the 3DS where promised features trickel in over months to years after the initial launch.

..and i'll be breaking into PSASBR.

Was was planning to ebay the 2 i pre-ordered, but the closer we get to time, the more hyped I get and the more I want to keep one. Not sure what I'll be doing then. I'll have to check prices closer to time and see how much it'll actually cost me to keep one.
