It would have to be Mario. I think that most people don't realize something that is clearly indicated in the mario games - Mario is clearly a genetically engineered super warrior.

1) First of all, they made it very clear in the beginning. They weren't just Mario brothers, they were Super Mario brothers.
2) Mario can jump several times his own HEIGHT. Think about that. He's got near spiderman level jumping ability.
3) Mario can punch through bricks with nothing on his hands but some small gloves.
4) Mario is short,but what he lacks in height he clearly makes up for in mass. Have you seen the aftermath of someone he jumps on? If you jump on a friend's back, suddenly they're giving an impromptu piggyback ride. Mario absolutely demolishes whoever he jumps on, turning them to a pile of goo. His bone and muscle density must be off the charts. (also explains the jumping ability)
4) Mario can take what should be FATAL damage, and instead of his body failing, it merely reduces in size, using genetic material to fill in damaged areas, and continue at only minimally reduced capacity.
5) Mario's reflexes are so fast, that when bullets are fired at him, he can spot it and simply leap or duck out of the way, as if they're moving in slow motion.
6) At peak power, he can summon fireballs.
7) He routinely engaged in combat with prehistoric monsters of incredible size.
8) He routinely engages entire armies, single-handedly wiping out entire fortresses filled with opponents using nothing but his bear hands. (undoubtedly to be sporting)
Forget Nathan drake, you'd need master chief or kratos to stand a chance against mario.

It's surprising when you stat out what he does in games just how powerful he is.

I once saw a thread where Mario and Link were swapped... and the general consensus was that Mario would cakewalk through it... and like would have issues.

Drake wouldn't clear either of their games.

I preferred the locked thread that few probably saw that changed from Master Cheif vs Nathan Drake to which one would get more action. Drake was clearly winning over that AI fetish loving Chief.

If you wanted a more even fight that would cause Sony and Nintendo fans to argue back and forth you should of Did Mario vs Kratos... because Mario would still win... fairly eaisly... however the thought of Kratos one of gaming's big badasses that killed gods losing to a fat cartoony italian plumber would be too much for a lot of people to handle causing people to make illogical arguments left and right leading to a very long thread.

Drake wins. Uncharted has infinite lives and continues, that makes him immortal.

Already been done here... end more or less eneded up being that most end of LoZ Link's would likely beat Kratos... as Link actually has some really really underrated feats that in some games give him Superman 100 ton + level of strength.

Though he could win vs a few of the weaker end of game Legend of Zelda games.

While a composite link with all his equipment is unbeatable since he has a number of overlooping bs hacks. 

For example, he has a cape that drains magic that makes him invulnerable but still lets his attacks hurt his enemies... while also having an item that gives him infinite magic.

Drake wins easily.

Mario may be extremely powerful, but he's also extremely weak. Have any of you ever played a Mario game? All you have to do is touch Mario on his side and he's dead. Mario might get a few hits on Drake, but Drake's health would always regenerate. On the other hand, the moment Drake touches Mario, it's goodnight for Mario.
