Wow, God of War is actually beating Uncharted in the poll. *applauds*

If you don't count Demon's Souls, which you shouldn't since it's multiplatform now, naturally the best exclusive on PS3 is God of War. There is no contest.

ohh what a cute post! someone has halo as sig so he shouldn't open these threads because he does not only play on his playstation, he also plays games on the xbox! or is it because halo players can't be players with a good taste lol?

or maybe i just meant the whole franchise (as long as it is a franchise) and not only one game out of it has to be exclusive on sony consoles and metal gear franchise isn't exclusive? so metal gear has no place in the poll.

@slimebeast demon's souls isn't exclusive anymore? doesn't sony own the rights?

Yeah Demon's Souls is Sony's. 

Demon's Souls is owned by Sony.

Dark Souls was it's spiritual successor and it is multiplatform. But owned by From Software.

I loved KillZone on the ps2 and I bought my PS3 just before the release of KillZone 2 and I wasn't dissappointed :)
Radic Academy...Best fun!
I wanted to say Uncharted but KillZone got me on the PS3 so I gotta pay my respect.
My PS3 came with Uncharted and Resistance and I didn't touch Uncharted for over a year but when I finally got around to giving it a go....Wow. I still havnt played the 3rd one though I'm sure it will impress when I get around to it.
