When it comes to sell hardware the 3DS library seems to have a stronger than Vita (in my opinion) but this doesn't mean that it impossible for Vita to have healthy sales during the next holiday season.

Well, maybe - waiting game for me. Maybe it will do nothing, maybe it'll do wonders.

In japan, definitely, it won't save it. Vita is at the grip of 149 Underage Girls in bikinis there and that's it... hmm, that went out way more positive than it should!

In my opinion, I'm just not seeing the demand for the Vita.

None of my nieces or nephews have asked for or even acknowledged it really exists. My friend's son knows a kid who has one, but even he seems indifferent. He's a PSP and PS3 owner and he really never talks about the Vita.

The Vita is a great piece of hardware, but now the "thing to have" is tablets and smartphones. I don't blame Sony, its just the market has changed.

I know this is very anecdotal, but when something is popular I hear all about it from the kids in the family. They want it and usually try to get me to buy it for them.

The only game that will help Vita sales a little bit will be the Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation bundle, but the other games coming out wont help much. I doubt anyone will buy Playstation All Stars, since you could get it for free by buying the PS3 version. COD Black Ops: Declassified will probably bomb, that game looks terrible.

2.05m ? If it's really such a game I and many others are expecting it to be, it will have a hard time. Certainly not anytime soon with that userbase and if they do another CoD game next year, I'm pretty sure the sales will plummet very fast.

Call of dutty in PSP sold in a bit over 5000 first week in usa and COD Desclassified had 12k.
