I was actually more confused that RedInker was from the UK, like me. We (or at least I was) taught climate change as fact in school, which is it, man made being the debate, even then our contributions have also been seen as fact.

Eitherway, I can't see how reducing pollution can ever be anything but a good thing, which ever the arguement.

How about the loss in economic growth due to increased costs/decreased economic activity that is needed to make a real difference is likely greater then the costs of dealing with/fixing global warming with geoengineering.

While the green initatives done now are wholey inadequte to combat global warming and are hurting the economy and the poor for nothing more then a "feel good" lie... that will have less then zero effect, because not only is the effect on global warming minamal locally, there is the phenomena of carbon exporting, where the carbon is just burned up elsewhere anyway.

I can't see the video.. But if this is about Joey from Blossom, I can understand why he doesn't believe in global warming
