I can't say I know....if I had to guess I would say he just fired a shot so Maggie thought he followed through with it. He's good at keeping his mouth shut to stay out of trouble (i.e. dale's death).  He couldn't bring himself to put a bullet in his mom, but it needed to be done.  If he just says nothing and brushes it under the rug, he doesn't have to shoot her and everyone thinks it's all ok.   I think this because we've seen everything else, every killing/murder/death.  The ONLY other death we were left to assume happened was the skinny black guy prisoner that rick locked in the cage with the walkers....turns out he survived and opened the gate to let the walkers in.

Yep, I like your theory.  I suspected Andrew (black guy from prison) was still alive in this thread and it turned out to be right.  So Carol finding Lori and saving her sounds plausible.  However, I believe she ran outside or I have no idea where she went when T Dogg threw himself onto the Zombies.  Doesn't mean she couldn't make her way back in and find her though. 

Carl is going to grow up so cold and accustomed to the world that he'll become the most valuable character aside for Daryl maybe.

Does make a decent point. They should have encountered a dog or had one or something...  Also, I like how on Dawn of the Dead the zombies don't care about the dog.  However, on this series they will go after any animal for the meat.

I won't be able to watch this tonight consider I am out of gas and money (can't go to a friends to watch) so I will hope that they post this episode up on the web later tonight or tomorrow. They did the first episode but then people said some of the others weren't. AMC should just post them all up on their website and add commercials to them.  Also, their site isn't that user friendly and is pretty much a mess.

I went ahead and just streamed the episode since there wasn't any other way for me (unless I wanted to wait 6 months for Netflix). Hulu+ should add AMC but frankly Hulu+ has just been getting worse and worse so I don't expect shit from that service anymore except more commercials. If they were smart they would do the deal but then they would add some stupid stipulation that you have to be a Direct TV subscriber or some bs like that. Anyways, enough about bitching about that.

I enjoyed the episode and won't comment too much on anything else considering it would just be a spoiler (aka the phone).  You should do a new poll though.

Yea I didn't find a HD link site but I used some "illegal" site.  Not sure what the best poll question would be though.  I think it might be better to wait till after next episode to do another poll.  Seems like a lot more going on in the sneak peak for next episode than this one.
