Yes, but when she hit him he could have fallen on the gas pedal and taken them all over a cliff, hitting a crowd of school children and puppies at the bottom. Only his strong jaw (and stronger uppercut) saved the day.

Also, I personally think that whilst she deserved it, in a professional environment like that he should have behaved in a more civilised manner. I hope he doesn't go down for it but I definitely think he should lose his job.
