Forums - Nintendo - Destructoid gives Code of Princess a...

9/10!

"I think Code of Princess will go on to be one of those cult-classic games that gamers will bring up in their 'must-play games' list for the 3DS, just like Guardian Heroes. It's really that good. That 'spiritual successor' label? Totally worthy. This is a beautifully crafted side-scrolling beat-'em-up that has no equal on the 3DS, and the love that went into the localization makes it that much better. If you've found yourself longing an old-school beat-'em-up with a real substance, challenge, and polish, you owe it to yourself to check outCode of Princess."

Japan did not just waste their money. There was a reason it sold near 100,000 first week.....if I remember correctly.

Didn't even sell close to that sadly (20k)... but it did had a high sell through the same week as Fire Emblem: Awakening (72.62%).

Why do I find this funny?

It's like seeing a super hot bimbo and then finding out she's actually got brains. It's just weird!

Cool, but I won't get excited until we get a European release date...

What! I thought it was closer to 88 thousand or higher? I am surprised as hell that it was localized then.

You're thinking about Senran Kagura.

I preordered mine at amazon last week but haven't received a 'shipped' email yet. Wonder what the hold up is.

Of course it's great. It was one of the reasons I wanted a 3DS.
