I don´t think so, no. It sold more in Europe, but not in NA.

The Americans love to shoot things more then anybody else.

I usually buy Fifa two years later. Like last year I bought a new sealed version of Fifa 10 on PS3 for 3 euros. And I think 5euros is what a Fifa game is worth I mean they can actually sell the "changes" as a 5 or 10 euro DLC for the last years Fifa. (just compare difference between Fifa 12 and 13 to stuff like the Borderlands DLC lol)

So Fifa 13 for 60 euros is okay (well not really since 60$ =/= 60€ but whatever) so again 60 for a new Fifa is okay but give the owners of last years Fifa at least discount for this update because its not a new game at all.

For example the Wii version of Fifa 13 is Fifa 12 with altered jerseys in case a player changed the team.

It has new music and a new menus but thats about it. Sure ps3 etc have some other changes but they are not worth 60!

I got my copy for 30€ I traded Fifa 12 in. Everybody has this option.

FIFA13 on Vita is basically home console FIFA12. I was planning on getting the Vita version because FIFA on the go is really cool, but now there's no way I'm getting it, at least until it gets a good discount. They did the same last year but I thought this year they would update it to current standards...
