Hmm, pie.

Did anyone else see it yet? Any impressions?

I was out of state visiting my brother and my newborn niece over the weekend, so I never did get to see it (been killing me). Seeing it tonight with a friend. Can't wait!

Saw it last night.
Simply amazing. The movie is much more than what the previews showed. So many twists and surprises.
When that kid (amazing actor) did that . . . . . .. . - I was like wft!!! and I don't do too many wtfs in movies.
Acting was superb - again by that kid.
action sequences are good, not great, but that doesn't matter.

I know most of you will think I'm crazy, but I liked this one more than "Inception".

Yall better go see it.

Thanks for the input man!

I saw it several days ago. I was actually a bit disappointed. I still liked it, and there were definitely some awesome moments. I think the problem, though, is that the trailers set me up to expect a story fairly different than that which actually happens.

I saw it with my friend, who just graduated from Temple's graduate film program. He really liked it, but felt the same way I did regarding the expectations set up by the trailers. I think his opinion was moreso that it was just different from what he was expecting; not worse.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt did a pretty awesome job as young Bruce Willis. Commendable and awesome. And as always, Bruce Willis was the man.

My friend and I both agreed that it's one of those movies that needs to be seen a second time to really appreciate. I'm going to see it again, soon. I have a feeling I'll like it a lot the second time around, especially now that I know what to expect.

I actually liked it cause it was different from the trailer.  I didn't expect what I saw and that made the movie much better.

what did you think about the kid actor though.  He was so awesome.

and you weren't surprised by what he did?  in slo mo and everything.

I kinda didn't like what they did to Levitt's eyes to make him look like younger Bruce though.  bothered me.  And even though he did a fine job trying to act like Bruce Willis, he was more like Robert DeNiro.

*possible spoilers*

Seen it a few days ago, really excited loved the trailers they put out but I found myself feeling disappointed. while I really liked the idea of past and future and how it affects the characters. It was the character I really didn't care for, they were all pretty much unlikable even the kid that was suppose to be this loveable child ends up being an annoying spoiled brat.

But that's just me, a movie for me has to have likeable character to make me interested in the story which makes me like the movies universe.

I agree that none of the characters are likeable.  They are all broken but I liked it cause they try to redeem themselves.

the kid was very adorable and cute until . . .      I'm tempted to see the movie again just for that  until. . . moment
