G4 was going downhill for years...that only thing that kept it afloat was Ninja warrior,X-play(greatly for their live E3 coverage) and maybe AOTS...other than that they stuffed the channel with re-runs of cops and cheaters, specially on the weekends

What's that saying? Oh yeah, no one cares.

It's about time.

Now where will I turn to watch 4 hours of non stop "Cheaters"?

Honestly though, I had stated in years past that G4 was the most underwhelming channel on television and so much could be done with technology and video games as basis. Even Extended Play (or X-Play as it came to be known) suffered for me over the years.

The best video game idea to me was the "Replay" concept at Game Informer with ideas like "Stress Test" "Test Chamber" "You're Doing it Wrong" and "Super Replay". I laughed harder at Cyberia than anything on G4. It can be done, just needs right people in place.

Just like when Jonah Hill tried to turn into Brad Pitt.

I can't say this news upsets me.
