I think he's right... but then again it works splendidly for Mario ;) Most franchises can't handle multiple sub-brands

I think all they need is Mega Man X, normal Mega Man, and Battle Network. Though un-cancelling Legends 3 would be awesome.

Battle Network is dead. There's no point making a new Mega Man RPG unless it's going to be vastly different from Battle Network.

I just think Mega Man needs to be rebooted entirely. Yup, the solution to having too many sub-brands is to create a new sub-brand. One sub-brand to rule them all...

I'm only really interested in X and classic, but I'm also 30 years old. Think classic could be re branded a bit and would still appeal to kids, though. As long as they don't give him a 10 year old girls voice for cut scenes.

They have some on PSN, but not HD remakes. I would love that.
