Seems pretty active to me right now.

It's pretty simple really:

- You want to be able to voice your disagreement with certain bans
- This thread not only allows you to do this but since it's centralized there's a good chance your issue will be addressed by a mod who will explain the situation or even reverse the ban if you make a strong case for why the ban is not warranted.

It's active now but only with a handful of users posting. Why doesn't this show up in hot topics? A lot of people will never even know about this thread since they don't go into the forum index.

It's the first thread at the top when you click "Hot Topics". As for the front page, I'm not sure why it's not there, maybe it's because it's in the Website Issue forum.

THis is my last comment in here but im pretty sure its because me, and like 2 other people is making it active.  Id hardly call that all of vgc.

I really don't understand your angle here. The thread is stickied and appears on top of every thread when you click Hot Topics, so anyone who is interested in discussing moderation can easily find this thread and join the discussion.

sorry im jsut trying to understand all the rules now.. So posting questions or anything relating to bans anywhere else is bannable but we can do it here?

are we allowed to post links to a post we make here, elsewhere on the forums?

I am Torgo, I take care of the place while the master is away.

"Hes the clown that makes the dark side fun.. Torgo!"

Ha.. i won my bet, but i wasnt around to gloat because im on a better forum!  See ya guys on Viz

We are lucky with our current mods, Back in the day IOI/DKII/SSJ would ban you without a problem for way less and way longer. Are we having too much freedom?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Ive already talked about this though im not sure if it was in a pm with a different user so ill explain this again.

Stickies are inactive because where theyre located.  Most people journey the front page which stickies are not on.  Its bad design.

I'll repeat mods@vgchartz does not work but axum has posted his mail somewhere

Should be added to the Forum Rules page. If that isn't possible at the moment, then it should be edited into the OP of this thread and posted in the OP of every monthly ban report.

Agreed. Hopefully it'll be changed sooner as opposed to later.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

According to this thread, http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=182190

Most people use the Hot Topics

Edit: But I'm actually getting sidetracked here, isn't the important thing that your voice be heard by the mods and that bad situations can be resolved? Why do you care how many people see it?

I am mostly apathetic because complaing about mods never changed anything in all the years I participated on this site, but Kahn, Conegamer and Carl are too strict. I agree with Jaywood on that.
